Check Out Teddy Blue!!
Now this boy has been at the shelter for way too long and I’m just not sure why you wouldn’t want such a sweetheart. Teddy not only has a great demeanor, he has a story that just begs for understanding.
Teddy was pulled from a burning building and due to such a tragic event, Teddy is a little fearful (do you blame him). The thing is, people are not what scares him, even though I’m sure it was a person who left him there, dogs are so forgiving. He had a fear of doors (probably from the fire), but because he’s been with loving people for some time now, when I walked him on Saturday, you would never have known.
Teddy is about 40-50 lbs, and an interesting mix, he is calm, sweet, gentle and a great walker. Mr. Blue is a little shy, but with a little time, patience and love you can see behind his sad, sad eyes that he would be a wonderful companion if only given the chance. We walked and sat under the trees for a while and my heart would ache every time he would look back at me as if to say “please take me home today”.
Come see for yourself what a wonderful addition Teddy Blue would be to your family if only given the chance to shine!!
